These terms describe the S-CUBE Digital Profile service, customer responsibilities and the basic service conditions associated with the ₹999 annual plan.
Digital Profile Service
The S-CUBE Digital Profile is a professional digital profile intended to present essential business or organisation information, including items such as business details, logo, products or services, contact information, photos, relevant links and a QR code where applicable.
Annual Price and Service Period
The basic Digital Profile service is offered at ₹999 per year. The service is annual and renewal applies to the next service period.
Customer Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and for reviewing information intended for publication. The customer is also responsible for having the necessary rights or permissions for submitted logos, photographs, text and other content.
Updates
Two basic updates are included every year. Examples include a change of business address, phone number, contact information or similar basic information correction. Updates beyond the two included basic updates may be chargeable.
Acceptable Use
The Digital Profile should be used for lawful, accurate and appropriate business or organisational information. Customers must not knowingly use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content.
Public Information
Information intentionally approved for publication on a Digital Profile may be publicly accessible through its link and may be copied or shared by visitors. Customers should provide only information they are comfortable making public.
Additional Services
Custom domains, full websites, additional pages and other digital services may be available separately and may carry separate charges. No additional service is included in the ₹999 annual Digital Profile unless expressly stated.
Service Availability
Access to the profile may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues or third-party infrastructure. Such temporary interruptions do not change the annual nature of the service.
Intellectual Property
Customers retain responsibility for content they supply and for the rights associated with that content. S-CUBE Solutions retains rights in its own brand, service materials and proprietary implementation. Customer-supplied material should not be submitted where its use would infringe another party's rights.
