Refund / Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the general cancellation and refund terms for the ₹999 annual S-CUBE Digital Profile service.
Annual Service
The Digital Profile service is priced at ₹999 per year. The payment relates to the applicable annual service period.
Cancellation Before Service Commencement
A cancellation request made before service delivery commences may be considered subject to the applicable terms and the circumstances of the request. Contact S-CUBE Solutions as soon as possible if you need to cancel before commencement.
After Service Commencement
Once service delivery has commenced, refunds may be limited. Payment for the current service period does not automatically become refundable simply because the customer later chooses to stop using the profile.
Renewal Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation of future renewal. Cancellation of renewal applies to the future service period and does not automatically make the current paid service period refundable.
Included Updates
Two basic updates are included every year, including examples such as changes to business address, phone number or contact information. Additional updates may be chargeable.
